R.A. Smith & Associates, Inc. and its National Survey & Engineering Division Rank No. 7 Among Medium-Sized Engineering Companies Nationwide, No. 14 Overall in CE News “Best Civil Engineering Firms to Work For”
BROOKFIELD, WIS. – R.A. Smith & Associates, Inc. and its National Survey & Engineering division – civil engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, GIS and visualization consultants — Brookfield, Wisconsin, have been selected as one of the nation’s top winners in CENews magazine’s “Best Civil Engineering Firms to Work For” contest for 2007.
R. A. Smith & Associates and its National Survey & Engineering division ranked Number 7 among medium-sized companies (101 to 499 employees) nationwide and Number14 overall out of the 50 companies selected for recognition. A total of 145 engineering companies competed nationwide.
All of the firms that participated in the contest completed an extensive questionnaire about workplace practices, and their staff completed an employee satisfaction survey.
R.A. Smith & Associates and its National Survey & Engineering division have ranked in the top 25 overall and top 10 for medium-sized engineering firms in four consecutive years. Each year the firm has improved in the rankings.
