R.A. Smith National Provides Sitework Engineering Services for Target, Sun Prairie

BROOKFIELD, WIS.  – R.A.Smith National (formerly R.A. Smith & Associates and its National Survey & Engineering Division) — civil engineering, planning, surveying, landscape architecture, GIS and 3D visualization consultants — Brookfield, Wis., is providing sitework engineering services to Target for a new, approximately 130,000-square-foot retail store at the Prairie Lakes mixed-use development at County Highway C and US 151 in Sun Prairie, Wis. R.A. Smith National’s Madison office is providing construction layout services to Ryan Companies US, Inc. for the Target store.

R.A. Smith National is also providing surveying, site planning, sitework engineering, traffic analysis and landscape architectural services to Prairie Development, LTD. for the entire 110-acre Prairie Lakes mixed-use development. The scope of services includes construction plans for stormwater management, mass grading, existing roadway improvements and two new public roads.
