Site engineering was provided for this 192-acre development including site, contour grading, erosion control, paving and utility plans; technical specifications, surveying and construction services. A stormwater management plan was created for the entire property. In 2005 site engineering and surveying were provided for the GE Healthcare 506,000-square-foot global headquarters facility in the research park.
