| Services provided included survey, platting, budget, plans and specifications for grading, utilities, construction details, stormwater management, erosion control, paving as well as working with the demolition of an existing structure.
Constricted by a no-build easement, the existing building was removed and utilities relocated. Overhead power lines on the west side provided an additional design challenge. |
