On a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan, and in an environmental corridor, a former fly ash site posed several challenges. About 10,000 tons of fly ash was graded as a base for the parking lot. Stabilizing the bluff was critical as was erosion control. Services included surveying, site planning, grading, drainage, erosion control, paving, storm sewer plumbing, stormwater management plan, water quality, and earthwork calculations to balance the site.
