Site engineering, landscape design and 3D renderings were provided for a 168-unit condominium development. The pond serves for stormwater management purposes as well as a landscape feature. The landscape plan includes more than 28 varieties of trees, shrubs, perennials and grasses and includes a berm for reducing highway views.
