Site design was provided for this 150-acre regional mall site, located 10 miles west of Denver. Services included a preliminary site engineering/feasibility, report; grading studies; grading, utility and paving construction documents; and permitting. In addition, a 3D CAD model of the entire site was created along with a series of animations. The animations were developed to simulate a drive-through of the site to aid in municipal approvals as well as evaluating line-of-sight issues.
